Mimosa does not have user accounts, does not use analytics or advertising SDKs, and does not send your documents, annotations, or usage activity to our servers. We do not collect, sell, or share your personal data with any third party.
The PDFs you import and the annotations (drawings, text, shapes) you create in Mimosa are stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, this content is stored in your personal iCloud account via Apple's iCloud infrastructure, under your control — Mimosa's developer has no access to it.
Subscriptions and purchases are handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. Mimosa never sees or stores your payment details — Apple processes and stores that information under its own privacy policy, available at apple.com/legal/privacy.
Mimosa may request access to iCloud Drive/Documents (to import PDFs and sync your library) and file access on your device. These permissions are used solely to let you open and save your own files.
Mimosa does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since no data is collected from any user, this applies equally to users of all ages.
If this policy changes, the update will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
